สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช สยามมกุฏราชกุมาร พร้อมด้วย พระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าศรีรัศมิ์ พระวรชายา ฯ เสด็จมาเป็นประธานในพระราชพิธี มหาพุทธาภิเษก วัตถุมงคลพระราชทานไปแจก ทหาร ตำรวจ ภาคใต้ ประสบการณ์เหลือกินในพื้นที่ อาจารย์หม่อม ท่านเป็นอาจารย์ที่เหล่าคนในวังต่างรู้จักกันดี และเป็นผู้ที่ประกอบพิธีในวัง หรือจะเรียกว่า อาจารย์สายวัง

เจ้าแม่กวนอิมมหาโพธิสัตว์สุขาวดีภูมิไตรโลกาโลกนาถ เนื้อผงมหาพุทธคุณสีขาว(สำหรับแจกตำรวจ ทหาร และอาสาสมัคร) ดำเนินการจัดสร้างขึ้นเมื่อ วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน ปีพ.ศ.2552 โดยอาจารย์หม่อม นิรนาม ไตรภูมิ วัตถุประสงค์หลักในการสร้างคือ นำไปแจก ตำรวจ ทหาร อาสาสมัคร และ ประชาชน ใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ รวมทั้งแจกผู้ไปร่วมพิธี อีกส่วนหนึ่ง ไม่มีการจำหน่าย พุทธคุณ เน้นทางด้านมหาอุด คงกระพัน และ แคล้วคลาด

ประกอบพิธีจักพรรดิ์มหาพุทธาเทวาภิเษก เมื่อวันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน ปีพ.ศ.2552 ณ วัดหนองตะเคียน ตำบลบ้านจาน จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (เนื่องจากบริเวณนี้เคยเป็นที่ประทับแรมของสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชในขณะออกศึกในสมัยนั้น) บริเวณพระอนุเสาวรีย์สมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชภายในวัด

โดยได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จาก พระพรหมวชิรญาณ (ประสิทธิ์ เขมังกโร) กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม และ เจ้าอาวาสวัดยานนาวา กรุงเทพ ฯประธานในพิธีฝ่ายสงฆ์

ส่วนเจ้าพิธีพุทธาภิเษก ฝ่ายสงฆ์นั้น คือ หลวงปู่เกลี้ยง วัดบ้านโนนแกด และ เจ้าพิธีฝ่ายฆราวาสนั้นคือ นายจักรพรรดิ โพธิสัตว์ทองคำ (อาจารย์หม่อม) และพระคณาจารย์ร่วมพิธีอีกมากมาย
