หลวงพ่อเหลือ พิมพ์ฐานสูง หลวงพ่อเหลือพระครูกาชาด วัดดอนศาลา  จ.พัทลุง พิมพ์ฐานสูง ปี 2535  หลวงพ่อเหลือเป็นพระพุทธรูปที่เก่าแก่ ของสำนักเขาอ้อ เป็นที่เคารพของบรรพชนสำนักเขาอ้อ  ทุกรุ่น ไม่ว่าจะ พระอาจารย์ทองเฒ่า วัดเขาอ้อ หลวงพ่อเอียด วัดดอนศาลา มีความนับถือในองค์หลวงพ่อเหลือมาก  โดยกล่าวขานว่า หลวงพ่อเหลือท่านสามารถบันดาลฝนให้ตกต้องตามฤดูกาล และถ้าหากมีงานสำคัญก็สามารถบนบานให้ฝนไม่ตกได้เช่นกันความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของหลวงพ่อเหลือ จึงเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ทำให้วัดดอนศาลา เจริญรุ่งเรืองยิ่งกว่าวัดใดๆในสายเขาอ้อด้วยกัน พระครูกาชาด(บุญทอง) วัดดอนศาลา ศิษย์หลวงพ่อเอียด อีกรูปหนึ่งท่านจึงจัดสร้าง  พระชัยวัฒน์หลวงพ่อเหลือ เนื้อชนวนโลหะกายสิทธิ์ ๙ มงคล ตามตำรับเขาอ้อ ขึ้น ๒ พิมพ์ คือ ๑. พระชัยวัฒน์หลวงพ่อเหลือ พิมพ์ฐานสูง ๒. พิมพ์ฐานเตี้ย  วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อฉลองอายุครบ ๗๒ ปี และสมนาคุณตอบแทนผู้บริจาคทรัพย์  ก่อตั้งมูลนิธิการศึกษาและพัฒนาวัดดอนศาลา  และเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์ต่างๆแก่ประชาชน  แล้วจัดพิธีพุทธาภิเศกใหญ่ซ้ำอีกครั้งในวันที่ ๑๕ ตุลาคม ๒๕๓๕ ตรงกับวันพฤหัส ดิถี ๔ ค่ำ ต้องตามตำราอัฏฐกาลตำรับเขาอ้อ เวลา ๑๙.๐๐ น.
