ชื่อเดิม นายพา ป้องเขต เกิดวันที่ ๖ กรกฏาคม ๒๔๗๕ ปีระกา ภูมิลำเนา บ้านฮ่องแฮ่ หมู่ที่ ๔ ต.โนนสวรรค์ อ.ปทุมรัตน์ จ.ร้อยเอ็ด

เป็นบุตรของ นายเห ป้องเขต นางบา ป้องเขต

มีพี่น้องร่วมท้อง ๑๓ คน ท่านเป็นบุตรคนที่๑ เมื่ออายุครบ ๒๐ ปี ได้อุปสมบท ตามประเพณี ที่พัทธสีมา สิมกลางดงบ้านน้ำคำ โดยมี “พระครูปราการสีลคุณ” (หลวงปู่ลุน) วัดโนนสวรรค์ เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์

หลังจากอุปสมบทได้ศึกษาจนสอบไล่ได้นักธรรมชั้นเอก เนื่องด้วยหลวงปู่ท่านเป็นผู้ชอบเรื่องวิชาอาคม ตำรับตำราต่างๆ จึงได้ศึกษาวิชากับหลวงปู่ลุน ซึ่ง หลวงปู่ลุนท่านเป็นศิษย์ หลวงปู่โส สำนักบ้านฟ้าเลื่อม ซึ่งชาวร้อยเอ็ดและใกล้เคียงรู้ในกิตติศัพท์ เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากหลวงปู่ลุนแล้ว หลวงปู่พา ยังได้ศึกษาสรรพวิชาต่างๆ จาก เกจิฯอาจารย์ดังๆอีกหลายท่านที่ไม่ได้เอ่ยนามในเขต อำเภอปทุมรัตน์ อาทิ

จนแตกฉาน แต่เนื่องด้วยท่านเป็นบุตรคนโต จึงได้ลาสิกขาออกมาเพื่อดูแลบิดาและมารดา จนท่านได้เบื่อหน่ายในชีวิตของฆราวาส ท่านจึงได้กลับมาอุปสมบท ในปี พ.ศ.๒๕๓๐ โดยมีหลวงปู่ทองสุข อดีตเจ้าคณะอำเภอปทุมรัตน์เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์ ได้จำพรรษที่วัดฮ่องแฮ่ ในกาลเวลาต่อมาทางวัดสุทธาวาส ไม่มีสมภารเจ้าอาวาส จึงได้อาราธนานิมนต์ หลวงปู่พา หลวงปู่ได้พัฒนาวัดและเสนาสนะทางวัด และได้สร้างอุโบสถจนแล้วเสร็จ ในกาลเวลาต่อมา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ หลวงปู่ท่านจำพรรษาที่วัดบ้านเกิดของท่านคือ วัดฮ่องแฮ่ จนถึงปัจจุบัน ปัจจุบัน หลวงปู่ท่านมี อายุ ๘๘ พรรษา ๓๓   龙普帕师父出生于2475年7月6日在家里是最年长的大哥，有13个兄弟姐妹，满20岁时出家(家中习俗长子必须出家)跟着龙普伦一起修行，龙普帕也非常喜欢法门艺术，除了龙普伦也跟其它师父学习法门，有名的是龙普多，还有其它很有名的师父，还俗后在2530年时厌倦了社会世间生活，所以再一次又到了小时候去的寺庙出家，也一直得到庙里住持龙婆通术的大力培养，
